Job Highlights

Responsibilities:
- Design graphics and videos for social media and other marketing purposes including Facebook, Instagram, website, eDM and offline promotional materials
- Support execution of marketing and branding campaigns across online and offline platforms, coordinate with external vendors (e.g. media agency, PR agency)
- Assist in marketing research, content planning, copywriting and ad management
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platform, responsible for sales administration of our supplement, skincare and novel food products, including inventory management, product listing, promotion
- Manage CRM system, handle customer services including online enquiries, phone enquiries, product delivery, feedbacks and comments, and provide necessary follow-up of orders
- Assist in coordination with distributors, including overseas market (Singapore)
- Handle new product launches and assist in product development including health and skincare products
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Design or related disciplines
- 1-3 years’ relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome; experienced designer or marketing executive will be considered senior position
- Proficiency in verbal and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
- Experience in content creation of social posts and account management
- Skills in design softwares, preferably Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Excellent communication skills and sound interpersonal skills
- Team-player with start-up spirit (i.e. hands-on and ask questions)
- Good logical thinking, strong marketing sense and planning skills
- Able to work independently and actively solve problems
- Detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with good time management
Good to have:
- Experience in using digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Experience in Shopify and customer service
- Knowledge in healthcare and skincare industry
- Immediate availability
